Challenge:

Promote consideration, trial, and affinity for PetSmart's new Arcadia Trail proprietary brand of outdoor products for dogs.

 

Solution:

We created a cross-platform marketing launch campaign including a dynamic in-store presence, digital marketing tactics, and influencer social strategy that created brand awareness and focused on the comfort, safety, and innovation of the products. With so many people exploring the outdoors due to the pandemic, the program outperformed its sales plan and warranted a continued investment in the brand for future seasons.
